Our customer is dedicated in providing global legal entity data collecting and maintaining and its sales and marketing activities focused on London, Europe and New York, and its data operations spread through a number of locations worldwide. They hope that they can lower their cost in data collecting and entry and solve the non-English language problem when collecting information from Asian Countries.

Cosoft worked as a back office to provide detailed business entity and hierarchy information collected in data centers around the world. According to the requirements of our client, we processed the data they needed via original primary sources and registration documents. The data was collected, verified, conformed, populated in English, and maintained using rigorous, documented processes and procedures. We also provided the database maintenance service for the company including periodic data cleansing and checking, system stability testing and other accessorial services needed to keep the data effective and valid and put the system in gear.

After our solution, we helped our customer to update their database with high quality and accuracy, cutting down the operational cost more than 40%. In addition, their staff that was responsible for data collecting and entry is transferred to develop new business which can strengthen their competence.

Though we have met some difficulties when providing service to our customers, but we are glad that we can accomplish this project and fulfill the customer’s requirements. We received tremendous praise from them for our accuracy work, security concerns and turn around time.
